Party Bookings

How Many Children can Come?
A maximum of 12 children are recommended, including the birthday child.

How Long Does it Last?
We run for a total of 1 and a half hours,  The children are all kitted out with harnsses and helmets, which they keep on for the whole party.  Each child usually gets about 4 goes on the wall.

Where can we Host the Party?
If you have a garden or drive big enough to accommodate us (please see FAQs for dimensions) then this is ideal.  Otherwise, we recommend the car park of a local village hall or community centre, an accommodating school, a village green etc. If you are able to use the village hall, this is ideal for refreshments following the party.

What Else is Provided?
Each child receives a medal and a certificate.  Along with this, the birthday child receives a special climbing trophy.

How do we Entertain the Waiting Climbers?
We provide a basket of outdoor activities such as skipping ropes, frizbees, bat and ball, parachute etc for additional entertainment.

What is the Cost?
For parties planned within 20 miles of our postcode (OX14), the cost is £175.00 all inclusive.  There are no further costs for VAT or travel.

For parties planned beyond 20 miles there is a minimum time requirement of 2 hours, and our usual charges apply. Mileage is also chargeable beyond 30 miles.
